Pre-Employment Exam
This exam is designed to help employers screen potential candidates for employment.

In 1988 the Federal Government passed the "Employee Polygraph Protection Act". Since this law was passed the following businesses are exempt from the EPPA:
1. Security Companies
2. Pharmaceutical Sales
3. Power Generating Companies
4. Law Enforcement Agencies
5. Other Government Agencies
6. Armored Car Companies

All other private businesses are subject to the Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA). EPPA forms are available upon request.

Relationship Issues
Cheating/Fidelity- This format is used to determine whether one partner has had sexual contact with anyone else besides his/her partner. Other related items may include questions about dating, kissing, contact with exes, etc.
Personal History- This format is appropriate when a partner needs to verify aspects of his/her partners background, such as sexual history, drug or alcohol habits, gambling, health issues (particularly STD's) and excessive financial obligations.

Internet Activities- Not all cheating requires physical contact. Polygraph can be used to determine the extent of sexual activities conducted over the internet, such as visits to pornographic site, dating sites, visits to sexual chat rooms, interactive sexual web sites, or having cybersex (sexual chat) with someone who is not his/her partner.

Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing
This type of test requires specialized procedures and training. I am trained and certified by the American Polygraph Association for this type of examination.
